Often I receive the same questions from potential clients so I’ve put together some Frequently Asked Questions to assist.

We bring our own tables and cloth fitted linen either black or white to fit in with your event styling.

We provide our own 5m, 10m and 20m long extension leads. If you think there is an issue for power, please contact us to discuss further.

Please provide the following:

  • Location (ceremony/reception addresses.)
  • Services Required (Ceremony, Reception, Acoustic or DJ, canapé hour, etc.)
  • Number of hours for each service.
  • Date of function/wedding (We will confirm availability).
  • Any additional information you think you need to provide.

Yes we do travel to these areas and beyond these regions for a calculated travel fee. This will be provided in your quote.

We are fully insured with full public liability insurance, accidental damage and theft as well as work cover and equipment insurance.

All our leads are tagged and tested to the current year and all meet Australian standards.

A meal is not necessary but a designated professionals meal is always appreciated. If one is not allocated, please let us know so we can prepare something prior.

Ceremony:

  • Pre-Ceremony Songs (15–20minutes)
  • Processional (Walking Down the Aisle)
  • Signing the Register (2 songs)
  • Recessional (Walking back up the aisle)
  • Conclusion (15–20minutes)

 
Reception:

  • Entering Song
  • Cake song
  • First Dance Song
  • Father/Daughter Dance song (optional)
  • Bouquet Song (optional)
  • Garter Song (optional)
  • Leaving Songs (usually 3)

 
Any preferences, genres, artists and songs through dinner and dancing time are also welcomed. Requests from guests are also an option.

  • Final Payment is due 1 month prior to your event date.
  • Live Music selections are due 2 months prior to insure quality
  • DJ Music selections are due 1 month prior
  • Floor plans of the room are also due 1 month prior (option if available).
  • Completed booking form and deposit is due to lock in booking.
  • Timeline of events is also required 1 month prior.
