Terms & Conditions

By booking our services with deposit & booking form you agree to the following terms and conditions. This must be signed and dated to accept these conditions to use our services. 

  • All deposits are non-refundable. We can transfer the deposit over to a new date if the date changes. This is however subject to availability of product on the new required date.  If product is unavailable, alternative measures or a partial refund could be suggested. Please lock in your dates before putting down money. If date is changed more than once, a calculated admin fee will be charged in order to transfer bookings and details and manage paper work.
  • No booking is secure until deposit has been confirmed received and booking form is completed and returned.
  •  Full payment must be made at least 1 month prior to your event date. If payment isn’t made by then there isn’t a guarantee you’ll receive the product unless arrangements have been made otherwise.
  • Product is not subject to complaints if music selections are not sent by the required date. This is to insure quality of product. We will be as accommodating as possible and as time permits.
  • Music is subject to change to defer between keys, styles, pace and/or mood to accommodate musician’s vocal and musical range. A lot of preparation is made for it to sound as similar as the originals as possible. This includes contrasting gendered voices and styles.
  • A maximum of 15 songs for live entertainment that are not on the song list can be picked if they are given prior to 2 months before the event date. This is to insure enough time to prep and master the pieces for the event.
  • If upon booking we are not available for a particular date, please contact us for other suppliers we recommend to help cater to your event.
 
Weather Policy:
  • All functions and events for all our services must be under cover and away from direct heat and elements which includes rain. Alternatives are only considered in the most extreme cases. Clients must be fully co-operative in this situation to insure no damage to equipment or property.

 

 Cancellation Policy:
  • If a cancellation is to take place of our services for a function the deposit is kept for a change of date or a cancellation fee.  If the cancellation of our services is within 48 hours prior to the event, the full invoiced amount must be paid.
